Senior Generalist / Execution Lead (Process, Security, Delivery) (m/f/d)

We are a growing SaaS company operating in a demanding B2B and enterprise environment. Our products and internal structures continue to evolve, driven by a high quality standard, a clear delivery focus, and the growing relevance of security, compliance, and AI. For a key role at the intersection of process, delivery, security, and cross-functional execution, we are looking for an experienced, highly self-directed person who doesn't just manage complex topics but actively moves them forward. You bring structure to complexity, drive critical initiatives, and make sure requirements turn into reliable outcomes. This is not a classic line function, and not a role for someone who depends on tight guardrails. We are looking for a person who creates orientation, takes ownership, and combines operational excellence with strategic understanding.
Your tasks
Evolving our delivery process and establishing solid structures for planning, prioritization, and execution
Translating business goals into concrete, actionable work packages and guiding development cycles from idea to delivery
Acting as a sparring partner for Product, Engineering, and adjacent functions, with a focus on outcome orientation and clear ownership
Driving SOC 2 and enterprise readiness operationally, including coordination of audits, evidence collection, controls, and follow-ups
Building and embedding security processes in areas such as AI usage, access, logging, deployment, and governance
Translating compliance requirements into practical organizational and technical measures
Serving as a reliable interface to demanding enterprise customers, including in regulated environments
Independently taking on complex, ambiguous, or new topics with ownership from structuring to execution
Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Management, and external stakeholders
Your profile
Several years of relevant experience (ideally around 8+ years) in SaaS, tech, start-ups, consulting, or enterprise delivery
Strong sense of ownership, excellent self-organization, and a proven ability to drive complex topics without close micromanagement
Solid technical understanding with proximity to engineering, infrastructure, or platform-level topics
Experience with compliance, security, or audit-related requirements (e.g. SOC 2, ISO-aligned setups, or comparable structures)
Experience with process design, delivery structures, or operational organizational development
Confident working with engineers, management, customers, and external auditors alike
You think in systems, dependencies, and impact, not just isolated tasks
You move easily between strategic perspective and operational execution
You prioritize clearly, communicate concisely, and maintain momentum
Nice to have: experience in banking, fintech, or other regulated environments, in audit-driven organizations, with DevOps, cloud, or security tooling, or from demanding consulting or transformation contexts
